The cableway system is a classic gondola with automatic amortisation monofune with closed vehicles, with a capacity of 8 people with skis inside to minimize the problems of boarding and disembarkation and at the same time ensure a high comfort of transport. The gondola has transport potential of 2480 people/h at a maximum speed of 6 m/sec and with 40 vehicles in line. The line has been realized with the positioning of 11 traditional supports, each with a steel central shaft. The valley station integrates a multi-storey car park on 4 levels, capable of accommodating 313 cars, a private car park with a capacity of 34 parking spaces, the offices of the Merchant Company, the ticket office and services. At the lower level, a large pedestrian tunnel allows access to the base of the stairs and elevators. Three large-capacity lifts connect all levels to the cabin cabin deck The whole work was conceived with the aim of harmonizing the intervention with respect to the surrounding urban and natural environment. The multi-storey car park including the access and exodus routes and the pedestrian path are "virtually" underground. A pedestrian walkway that overlaps the access road to the village of Dolonne, connects the runway with the boarding plan of the gondola. The mountain station is suspended fixed drive and is located on the eastern side near the arrival area of the cable car "Gigante" of Courmayeur. In addition to the warehouse of the vehicles houses the services and premises dedicated to the electrical and mechanical maintainers of the Exhibitor Company. Also this part of the work is made to a large extent "underground" to minimize the impact on the environment
